One Name That Says It All.
My name is Juan Panesso. If you’ve bought a cigar online in the last two decades, there’s a good chance one of mine ended up in your humidor.
I started in a 10x10 room. Two fold-out tables, a box of packing peanuts, and a family that didn’t have a warehouse or a corporate playbook — just hustle. Over twenty years, we built that little room into one of the leading cigar retailers online. I packed the boxes. I ran the website. I got on planes to Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras and shook the hands of the people who actually roll these things.
I learned this business from the floor up, one customer at a time. Cigar Stacks is everything those twenty years taught me — rebuilt for how people actually shop today.

Look at the T in STACKS. It’s built from three layers — and that’s the whole company in one letter. Because a “stack” means three things to us, and we’re proud of all three.
A stack of boxes. Walk into our facility and a “stack” is exactly what it sounds like: premium cedar boxes stacked floor-to-ceiling in a climate-controlled room, perfectly humidified and ready to ship. That’s abundance. That’s twenty years of relationships turned into the best inventory in the world, sitting on a shelf with your name on it.
A stack of paper. Every stack started as a hustle — two tables and a dream that had to pay the bills. We never forgot that. So we obsess over value: real prices, honest deals, and a cigar that’s worth every dollar you stack up to pay for it. Your money should buy more smoke, not more markup.
