Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions We currently ship orders to 48 states in the United States, its territories, and to APO and FPO military addresses.

State Exclusions: Due to state regulations, we DO NOT SHIP tobacco products to the following states:

  • Utah
  • South Dakota
  • Hawaii

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS as our primary carriers.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship on the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time will generally ship the following business day.

Signature Requirement (Tobacco Products) Please note that Cigar Stacks requires a signature on shipments to comply with federal and state regulations for the delivery of tobacco products.

  • Adult Signature Required: On orders containing tobacco products, an adult signature (21+) is always required upon delivery.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery During checkout, you will be able to choose from various shipping methods. Estimated delivery dates are based on information from the carriers and are not guaranteed (unless explicitly stated by the carrier).

1. Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: Valid for USA Continental addresses only.
  • Method: Orders are sent via the most cost-effective method available (typically USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight and destination). 2. Standard Shipping Options
    • UPS Ground:
      • 1-5 business days to most US destinations.
      • Prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping with premium tracking.
  • Note: Orders to the East Coast often arrive sooner than the estimated maximum time.
    USPS Priority Mail:
    • 2-4 day service to most locations.
    • Includes Saturday delivery.
    • Includes Delivery Confirmation Number.

    3. Expedited Shipping Options
    • UPS 2nd Day Air:
      • 2 business days service (Timeline not guaranteed).
      • Restrictions: No Saturday deliveries. Cannot be used for APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.
    • UPS Next Day Air:
      • Guaranteed next business day delivery.
      • Commercial Destinations: By 4:30 p.m.
      • Residential Destinations: By end of day.
    • Express Mail:
      • Guaranteed 2-day delivery within the contiguous US (Excludes HI and AK).
      • Delivers to most addresses including PO Boxes.
      • Note: Sundays & Holidays are not included in the 2-day timeframe.
  • Shipping Rates Exact shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your address. These are shown in your shopping cart before checkout.
    • Please select your correct address type in the checkout menu to ensure accurate quotes.
  • Order Tracking You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped, which will include the date of shipment and your tracking/delivery confirmation number.
