Conspiracy Cutter Closed Back 64 Ring Gauge

Conspiracy Cutter Closed Back 64 Ring Gauge is a cutter we'd actually put in our own kit. A sharp, clean cut keeps the cap intact and the draw open: dull blades crush it.
